Dear Chin Chin Gastronomy family,

After a long journey, we are finally ready to begin our next chapter.

Following the fire that forced us to close Chin Chin Gastronomy, we promised that one day we would return. Today, we are excited to share that Simpatico Dining is coming soon.

Simpatico” holds a very special meaning for me. First created in 2006, it was where I began building the foundation of my culinary journey — shaping my passion, my cooking philosophy, and the values that continue to inspire me today.

It represents harmony, connection, and the joy of bringing people together through food.

At Simpatico Dining, we look forward to celebrating Australian produce through contemporary cooking, inspired by the diverse flavours and techniques of Asia.

Our new restaurant is currently under preparation. While we are not ready to announce our opening date just yet, please follow our new Simpatico Dining page for the latest updates.

We are truly honoured and grateful to partner with Citadines St Georges Terrace as we bring Simpatico Dining to the heart of Perth.

Dear valued customers and friends,

It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to our beloved restaurant. Last night, a devastating fire, caused by a wall light short circuit, engulfed our establishment. We are grateful that no one was harmed, but unfortunately, the damage is extensive, and we must make the difficult decision to close our doors forever.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and patronage over the years. Your loyalty has meant the world to us, and we are truly thankful for the memories we’ve shared together.

Although this chapter may be ending, we want you to know that this is not the end of our journey. We are already planning to return with a new venture, under different names, and we promise to keep you updated right here on this page.

Thank you once again for being a part of our story. We will cherish the memories and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
