The countdown is officially on, we are just 2 days away from Valentine’s Day! ❤️

If you haven’t locked in your plans yet, now is the time to grab one of our final tables for dinner. We’ve designed the evening to be as seamless as possible, so you can actually spend the night connecting rather than stressing over a menu.

For $180 per couple, we’ll have a glass of Melioria Prosecco Rose waiting for you on arrival. You’ll then move into a shared three-course experience featuring everything from creamy burrata and cured meats to your choice of mains like our Beef Fillet or the Prawn Bisque Pappardelle. We’re wrapping it all up with a Chocolate Fondant to share.

It’s going to be a beautiful night in Manning, and we’d love to have you there.

Let's be real, salads usually get a bad rap for being "boring," but we’re out here trying to change that. 🥗🔥

Our Grilled Chicken Salad is basically for those days when you want to feel good about what you’re eating without feeling like you’re missing out on the best part of lunch. We make sure the chicken is actually charred and juicy, then toss it all together so it's fresh, crunchy, and, most importantly, filling.

It’s that perfect "middle ground" meal for when you want something light enough to keep you moving, but tasty enough to be the highlight of your day.

We figured we’d take the classic avocado and scrambled eggs on toast and give it a serious upgrade. We’re now topping it with our Charred Corn Ribs—bringing that smoky, savoury crunch to every bite.
