Proof that many of us BBQ enthusiasts can deliver more than just meat. For this small catering event we made Yorkshire Puddings which by the way are the perfect platform for stacking smoked brisket and pork🤷‍♂️. Lots of home made salads, potato bake and even lasagna all washed down with some fine wines and bubbles.
