A fantastic evening speaking with the Rotary Club Belmont at their weekly meeting at the Pelican RSL.

Tonight, we discussed current market conditions, the impact of capital gains and interest rates, and the factors homeowners should consider when deciding if it’s the right time to downsize.

We also explored the importance of property presentation and how staging, with the expertise of DW Design Style, can help transform a home and positively influence its market value. Additionally, we highlighted the critical role that a well-planned marketing strategy plays in achieving the best possible outcome for homeowners.

At New Street Agency, we are always happy to support our local community through information sessions and public speaking opportunities, helping people make informed decisions during some of life’s most significant milestones.

Well i can tell you that they are probably lining up for our $8 fish and chips which have started today!! It also occurs every Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays). AND I can also tell you, from the 15th of May 2026, we have a Seafood/Variety Raffle where all proceedings go to Westpac Rescue which includes gift cards and vouchers! (limited time only).
