As we welcome Phase 2 of CicciaBella today, we are thrilled to introduce the culinary genius that is Mario Percuoco

Following in his legendary father’s footsteps Armando Percuoco, Mario is deeply rooted in the Italian community and his food transports you to the hustling streets of Naples. Having worked in the kitchen since he could walk in Italy and then moving to Sydney and running some of the best Italian restaurants, Percuoco is a fantastic addition to CicciaBella.

Mario is the fourth generation of chefs and restauranters, and we can’t wait for you all to meet him and feast upon his curations whilst experiencing the traditional flavors of Italy.

A note from Mario: “I love people and I love to cook for them, but it is the expression and the noise of people in the restaurant which is what makes me do what I do. Working in restaurants isn’t just cooking - it’s a way of life.”
