About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work within a multi-department business, collaborating closely with our winery, cellar door, and front-of-house teams. Successful applicants will assist with a broad range of front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and welcoming experience.
Wine tastings are an essential part of this role. We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in wine, a passion for learning, and an eagerness to expand their knowledge of wine varieties, production processes, and the winemaking journey from vineyard to bottle.
Key Requirements
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Strong customer service and communication skills
A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a similar working environment
A genuine passion for wine and a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
Confidence in conducting and assisting with wine tastings
