What a great night for Ouse Country Club!

Tonight marked a fantastic milestone for the club, with our first singles competition in over 5 years! 🏌️‍♂️🏆

It's great to finally have competition golf back at Ouse, and hopefully this is just the beginning of bigger and better things to come!

With the recent greens renovations, new machinery arriving and plenty of improvements happening around the course, it's an exciting time for Ouse Country Club.

A massive thank you to all our volunteers who have put in countless hours getting the course back into shape. Without their hard work, none of this would be possible.

Also, a big thank you to The Country Bunker for supporting our Thursday Night Chicken Run! 🍻

Whether you're a regular golfer, haven't played for years or just want to come along for a social hit, everyone is welcome!

⛳ **COURSE OPEN – THURSDAY 8TH OCTOBER**

Good news everyone — **Ouse Country Club is back OPEN tomorrow!** ⛳

Our greens renovations are now complete, but the greens are still in the early stages of recovery. There is **a lot of sand about**, so please be patient with the playing conditions while everything settles and grows back in.

🏌️ **WE NEED EVERY GOLFER TO HELP US LOOK AFTER THE COURSE**

If you're playing over the next few weeks, please **repair your pitch marks, avoid unnecessary traffic on the greens and surrounds, and take a little extra care wherever renovation work has been carried out.**

A lot of time, money and volunteer hours have gone into improving these greens. **A little care from every golfer now will make a big difference to how well they recover.**

Please also keep an eye out for **volunteers and machinery**, as work will continue around the course over the next few days. Give them plenty of room and, if necessary, wait until they signal that it's safe to play through.

Most importantly — **get out, have a hit and enjoy the course!** 🏌️‍♂️⛳
Just help us look after it while the greens recover.

A massive thank you to everyone who has helped with the renovations and to our members and visitors for their patience and support.

⛳ **COURSE CLOSED – WEDNESDAY 7TH OCTOBER**

Hi everyone,

Just letting everyone know that **Ouse Country Club will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday 7th October**, while our planned course renovations are carried out.

Please keep off the course while the works are underway to give the contractor the best chance to get everything completed properly.

Thanks everyone for your patience and understanding. These renovations are an important part of getting our greens back into top condition. ⛳

We’re kicking off our Thursday Twilight Chicken Run at Ouse Country Club!
⛳ 9-hole Stableford
🕓 Tee off 4:00pm – 5:30pm
💰 $10 per player — members & visitors welcome
📍 Register in the clubhouse before you tee off
🎯 Nearest the Pin – 7th hole
💰 Putt for Cash — currently over $600 in the pot! Buy a drink to go into the draw, with one lucky player getting a chance to putt for the cash on the 9th green after the round.
🏆 Season Eclectic — optional $10 entry. Build your best score across the season and compete for the overall trophy!
Come down, have a hit, have a drink and enjoy a bit of Thursday afternoon golf. 🍻⛳

Last Thursday was a new record for Naomi and you'd think she'd be ready for a rest, but no.
