Long Lunch in the Vineyard - Mayfield Vineyard x Ignite
This Sunday, escape to the vines for an afternoon inspired by terroir, fire and the flavours of the season.
Chef Julian and the Ignite team are joining Mayfield Vineyard for a beautiful long-table lunch amongst the vines, with a specially curated menu showcasing Ignite’s signature approach to cooking over fire - paired with Mayfield w**es throughout the afternoon.
Expect house-cured charcuterie and canapés, followed by dishes including:
- Bresaola, spring vegetables, whipped goat’s cheese & hazelnut vinaigrette
- Murray cod, mussel velouté, confit baby leek & crispy potato
- Dry-aged duck, rillette, smoked beetroot, beurre rouge & native pepperberry
- White chocolate crémeux with coal-roasted strawberries to finish
