CHRISTMAS IN JULY AT THE ORIANA

Gather by the fire for a glass of mulled wine before taking your seat in The Peacock Room for a festive European-style Christmas feast.

Enjoy confit duck leg, crispy pork belly and 48-hour lamb shoulder with all the traditional trimmings, followed by Royal Christmas Pudding Flambé.

Complete with Christmas crackers, Santa hats, festive table styling and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, it's everything you love about Christmas, without the December heat.

Tame the winter chill.

Settle in by the flames. For $35, you get your own dedicated fire pit setup loaded with wood, kindling, and firelighters to build your fire, your way.

Once the flames are cracking, scan the QR code at your seat to order from our fire pit menu, featuring food perfectly designed for sitting by the fire, alongside local wines and signature cocktails delivered straight from the Bela Vista Bar to your garden lounge.

Bring your friends and make an afternoon or evening of it. When the fire fades, follow the purple twilight glow inside to the candlelit velvet seats of the Bela Vista Bar to continue the night.

Trying to get through a 3-day planning retreat when Chef Albi’s favourite catchphrase becomes the team anthem.. 🏆

This is what happens when you let the Oriana Orange team out of the hotel! We saved the rainy day for our brainstorming, found plenty of funny ways to keep ourselves entertained, and played a game of Grab the Mic where Albi fittingly won the “Baby” card.

We kept ourselves fueled with some incredible food, which also included cakes from the legends at that quite literally put the icing on the cake.

We came away completely nourished (and then some!) and absolutely full of ideas. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.

The Oriana has a full weekend waiting.

The Peacock Room is open for lunch Saturday and Sunday from 12pm. Two courses $48, three courses $58. Dinner from 5:30pm nightly.

Bela Vista Bar is open from 12pm. Happy hour cocktails $15 Saturday and Sunday 3-5pm.

Fire pits in the garden $35 - wood, kindling and firelighters included. Food and drinks ordered via QR from the bar.

When the fire pits close at 9pm, head inside where Kyle Manning is at the piano - singalong favourites and cocktails until midnight. $15 per person.

Sauna Sundays from 2-6pm. $20 per person. A hotel room is reserved for changing and showers.

Slow braised Wagyu Beef Cheek, local Cargo Road Nebbiolo and soft polenta.
Our Brasato Piemontese is a Northern Italian classic from the home region of Executive Chef Albi Cuni — cooked low and slow until meltingly tender, rich with red wine, herbs and warming flavours made for winter evenings.

Friday night is now fully booked, with limited tables remaining Saturday night.
