This recognition means a lot to us, but it truly belongs to everyone who has been part of our journey! To our amazing team who pour their hearts into what they do every day, our friends and family, and every single person who has walked through our doors and supported us along the way as we venture through our 3rd year 🥃

Hello friends! Just a little heads up!

We will be closed on Sunday 30th of August until Thursday 3rd of September due to an amazing Wild Turkey tasting with Bruce Russell himself, followed by a staff outing to the Boothby magazine VIC awards Monday night!

We'll then be taking a couple days off to give the team a much deserved mid-weekend for a reset and be back welcoming all your lovely faces on Thursday!!

Goodwater is proud to announce we are hosting for his second visit to Australia, Bruce Russell, associate master blender and third generation driving force behind Wild Turkey, and the new Austin Nichols Archives Collection. A new annual series honoring the most iconic bottles in Wild Turkey’s history and marking a new chapter for the brand.

Join us at Goodwater on Sunday 30 August, Bruce will lead us through some very special bottles, share stories of the brand and his family, as well as give insight in to the future of Wild Turkey.

Goodwater presents: Good Steak Mondays 🔥🥩

The wait is over! Starting Monday May 4th we'll be running our very own Steak dinner nights!

Do note, this isn't your typical steak + chips + salad kinda evening but a bonafide feast to treat you and your friends to!

The wait is over, tomorrow from 6pm at Goodwater, in collaboration with The Drink Society, we're very excited to bring you this Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon, from warehouse EE of Heaven Hill's famed Deatsville campus, where it spent a total of 11 years, 11 months & 3 weeks coming of age.

Some very special releases have come from warehouse EE, it's known for producing whiskies that highlight rich, complex and funky flavours. This bourbon, as one of the oldest barrel picks to be bottled in the last decade, is no exception to the rule.

Come and try the bourbon while chatting with one of the people who made it happen, we're over the moon to be joined by the one and only, Jodie Filiatreau, Artisinal distiller from

Dinner and a taste included, $30 a head, very limited spots left for this.

Please note we're only taking a limited number of reservations per evening and courtyard bookings only on Fridays and Saturdays, so if a spot you want isn't available, pull up anyway and we should be able to seat you pretty quickly.

For this weekend, hours are as per the pic. As a note, we're running a 10% public holiday surcharge. Sorrrryyyyyyyyy.
