Meet our lovely Rhi. She’s chosen to show you the Oaxacan Old Fashioned. If you haven’t had a little bit of Oaxaca in your life then we recommend starting soon.

First created in 2007 in the big apple, this old fashioned swaps out wh***ey and favours agave. Equal parts Espolon Reposado and Mezcal for a fresh and slightly smokey flavour. A touch of agave brings a touch of warm sweetness. A couple drops of ango bitters (or orange or chocolate if you’re feeling crazy girl) for that added complexity. Beautiful stiff summer drinker.

And Rhi? Talented in every area of life, degrees out the whazoo. A gun behind the bar and knows her stuff so we recommend listening when she tells you to give this one a go.

Open from 4, the agave is ready and waiting.

“I DON’T WANT TO BE A PIE”

Well that’s too bad for this cocktail.
“Mr Tweedy’s Pie”

Blanco tequila fat washed with butter, paired with sweet rhubarb and crisp apple juice, accompanied by a divine walnut and pastry brown sugar syrup (staff fave, they’re using the waste to make brownies).

A delicious little number. If only Mrs Tweedy had been making apple pies.
