Hoteliers in Sydney’s suburb of North Sydney have come together in a collective approach aimed at revitalizing the night time and weekend experience of North Sydeny as the ‘go to’ destination for recreation, hospitality & leisure experiences. Eat, Drink, Play – North Sydney is a proactive initiative which has been developed in consultation with all participating publicans to increase the awareness of & build the reputation of hotels in the local area. Program director Sally Tremlett, has coordinated a program of promotional activities on behalf of the eleven participating hotels, who recognise that having an amplified voice is more effective than one voice.
“Eat,Drink,Play – North Sydney was formed to bring people back to North Sydney for all different reasons,” Ms Tremlett.
“Art, culture, fashion & embracing what we have to offer – it’s about putting Nth Sydney pubs & Venues back front-of-mind as a go-to destination for great food & entertainment.
“All eleven of our venues have a very unique, history-filled experience that needs to be showcased,” she said. All participating venues have a very unique & individual offering & working together allows us to convert customers that would normally only visit one venue, into visiting other North Sydney Veneus. The Venues involved in the initiative are the Rag and Famish, Treehouse, Greenwood, Nth Sydney Hotel, Station Hotel, Union Hotel, Terrace Hotel, Alberts, Commodore Hotel, Fire House & Drink.Better.Wine.
