Hello, everyone!
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to all of you who visited us at Bingoo on Saturday, April 5th. It was an unexpectedly very, very busy day, and we were thrilled to see so many new faces and the vibrant energy you all brought to our café! While we are always excited to welcome everyone, the turnout exceeded our expectations, allowing us to identify areas that required improvements.
We are fully aware that some of you experienced excessively long wait times—many of you waited for over an hour—and for that, we deeply apologize. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we take full responsibility. Your time is incredibly valuable, and we are actively working on solutions to improve our efficiency and reduce wait times moving forward.
Despite the delays, we were incredibly touched by the patience and understanding shown by the Tasmanian community. So many of you expressed support and empathy for the challenges we faced, and we cannot thank you enough for that. It’s this sense of camaraderie and kindness that makes being part of this community so special, and we are honored to be a part of it.
Once again, thank you for your continued support and understanding. We are committed to providing a better experience next time, and we can’t wait to welcome you all again next Saturday 12/4 5-10PM🫶🏼
