From running food to running the floor, she’s done it all 💪

Meet our manager Aya, who started at Pancho Villa as a runner and worked her way up through pure hard work, energy, and a love for the team and our customers. At a young age, she already brings a bubbly personality and a passion for making sure every single guest leaves happy.

When she’s not here, you’ll probably find her outdoors, rock climbing, mountain climbing, swimming and scuba diving, sometimes even before shifts. And when she is at Pancho, don’t be surprised if she’s jumping behind the bar shaking cocktails, helping the team or having a laugh with customers.

We love Aya so much, and she’s a huge part of what makes Pancho Villa what it is.
