So Bombetta (our new venture) in Noosa Junction has had its 2 'soft openings' and 'opening cocktail party' and the word is out and the consensus is YES! What a way to celebrate our last Gaston Staff Party! Glamping, Feasting and banter around the campfire- too good!!! 'BOMBETTA'
Bowlers Hat is its official Italian meaning, it is also a type of food from Puglia in Italy. Other European meanings are little bomb and little light bulb. We (Pascal & Kristie Turschwell) registered the name 13 years ago after our European Honeymoon when we stumbled across a most memorable establishment of the same name and said one day at the right place and time we will name our restaurant Bombetta and we believe the time is now 💫
