We’re lucky to serve Pambula’s Appellation Oysters at Rickys, these are exceptional oysters and the only place in Noosa you’ll find them. 🦪

Full, plump and impossibly clean, Appellation Oysters deliver high levels of mineralisation, they are sweet, with medium umami, high level of brine and creamy. 🤤

Served with pickled ginger vinaigrette from our own Maravista Farm 🫚

Best enjoyed with a glass of Ch*****ne and the sparkling Noosa River beside you. 🥂
