Flight Path is a w**e bar in Newtown, bringing the cellar door experience to inner Sydney. We offer curated w**e flights that celebrate artisan w**emakers in a relaxed and intimate setting, with a different w**ery featured every few weeks. It’s a chance to visit all your favourite cellar doors – as well as some you haven’t yet discovered – without leaving the city. We also offer a regularly changing menu of w**es by the glass and by the bottle, as well as cocktails, beers and grazing plates. Drop in and see us on your night out in one of the best eating and drinking destinations in town.

Have you tried this month’s flight from Future Perfect W**e ? It’s got all our favourite cool climate varieties - Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot - as well as something perhaps a little surprising: Shiraz 🍇

Shiraz makes up less than 1% of all grapes grown in Tassie, despite being one of the most grown varieties on the mainland. So consider this something of a rare find. Intrigued? Come and check it out for yourself 👀

We’re halfway through the month pouring these beautiful Castagna w**es. First up on your flight is the Harlequin - a skin-contact white blend of Chenin Blanc and Vermentino, with Gewürztraminer and a splash of Viognier. It’s a fun, floral blend with a bit of grippiness, and lovely flavours of apple, pear, citrus and light spice. Something a little different for your mid-week sip? Come on in for a glass!
