hmm... its been 2 weeks since we closed and now I personally miss that place so bad. I miss every inch of that little baby, the people, the vibe, the randomness, the no trouble love, the lock in.....There was simply no rule!!!
I wanna make cocktails again so that i can see those happy, excited, surprised and priceless faces on their first sip...
Good memory to have. I am just so thankful to experience all that for 20 months.
Thank you Jester Seeds, Thank you beautiful people. I am sure we will meet again with the next one.

To all Jesters out there, it's been a hell of a journey.! and we thank you for that..

We'll miss all of your lovely faces, bright and blissful spirit.
Surely this is not the end. Sometime in the future we'll be back together again, drinking, dancing, laughing, stumbling, breaking glasses, and all the fun stuff you cant do at other places..

Dear all Jesters...
I would like to thank everyone that has contributed to making Jester the most rockin ass kicking sexiest bar in Newtown. From the loyal, funny and sometimes messy regulars (you guys know who you are!!) to the amazing mixologists I got work with and learn from (Patty, Rollo and now Sam, these guys are all incredibly under rated running rings around any bartender team I've seen in the city with the most wicked banter and charm. You just don't get that character anywhere else!!). To the sexy Chef D. How you make so much magic and tastes in probably THE smallest kitchen in Sydney I will never know. And then finally Rey. Bro you've been a lot more than a bossman. I'm going overseas in the mind set that its just a research trip.... When I get back I hope we can work together again and take over Sydney for good..... Or wherever the f**k we end up!! Thanks for having me and I'll see every one in a few years.... Stay Beautiful Newtown!!

Whats upp people... Just wanna say Thank you for the people who came last weekend for Jordan's farewell party. It amazed me that how customers can turn into a group of family Jester Seeds.

And now Jester Seeds gotta move on right? Im going to welcome the new bartender Sam Allen. You guys should say hi and make him feels like home. I can tell you that he is an awesome guy with good attitude. Good personality and Attitude is what create Jester Seeds. His skill in cocktails? no need to ask.. just come and judge for yourself.

So.. I think Mulled wine should be on again? what do you think? Starting this Wednesday we will have mulled wine ready for this coming winter. plus a few more hot drinks but alcoholic.

dont forget about our happy hour time 4-7pm. Trumer pilsner on tap for 6 bucks.. 2 of our selected cocktails for $10 each. and this week the cocktails are Charlie Chaplin and Aperol Gin Sour. Also we have a few specials on food...

This Thursday Anzac Day we will have Trio Jazz jamming session 7.30 start. Ceara will be playing this Friday as usual. and Alessandro will be spinning the plate on saturday...
