Lover of wine (and dogs), Clare Burder will be joining us this Thursday at the bar for a table-side tasting across a range of her wines.

Producing in the Whitlands High Plateau - a tiny, high-altitude pocket above Victoria’s King Valley - Clare crafts wines shaped by alpine conditions and long growing seasons.

Having grown up among the vines her parents planted in 1998, Clare knows this place intimately. Today, through Eminence Wines, she brings the story of Whitlands to life in every bottle.

Join us as we taste through a curated flight of her delicious wines and chat all things altitude, farming, winemaking and what makes this remarkable corner of Victoria so special.
