RESTAURANT MANAGER – PHILLIP ISLAND
Full Time | $90,000–$110,000 package | **VISA SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE **
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our busy waterfront restaurant and brewery on Phillip Island, Victoria.
Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, however you must already be living in Australia and have current legal work rights that allow you to work with us during the initial trial/employment period.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on operational management position. You will be actively involved in running/working the floor+bar, leading the team and managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
You must be available to work 5 days/nights per week, including weekends and extended hours during peak holiday periods.
YOU MUST HAVE
● Previous Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience
● Strong leadership and staff-management skills
● Experience running busy restaurant services
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Ability to lead from the floor and work alongside the team
● Flexibility across days, nights, weekends and peak periods
● A genuine interest in a long-term position
VISA SPONSORSHIP
Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate following a successful initial trial/employment period.
Applicants must already be in Australia and available to attend an interview and paid trial on Phillip Island before sponsorship will be considered.
