On June 25th, Anthony Bourdain Day, we’re coming together with Jordan Hindmarsh-Keevil to support mental health awareness and help fund vital mental health services.

We’ll be revealing two special items we feel embody a few elements of Anthony’s philosophy:

A Szechuan Negroni & Reuben Sandwich. Both hitting those notes of sweet, salty, sharp, & smoky.

Two dollars from each purchase will be donated. Every donation made during this fundraiser will have double the impact, with all contributions matched dollar-for-dollar by The Falcon.

Join us in honouring Anthony Bourdain’s legacy by fostering connection, compassion, and meaningful support for those who need it most. Together, we can help make mental health care more accessible and remind people that help is always within reach.

8️⃣ YEARS LATER‼️

In the late 2010’s, three wisemen followed a star and walked into a bar. There was Mikey, the Shortboard Dingo. Boon, the Gator Skater. And finally, Sven, the Gunnedah Goonbag.

What happened next was eight years of blood, dedication, and tears that filled our cup. Many friends have come and gone through those doors, and we raise a glass to plenty more.

Thank you to all our supporters, friends, and staff — past and present. We’ll continue dishing up Newcastle’s best.
