Annick was born into a French family in Australia. My father was a chef and I worked in his restaurants from a very young age. I loved working in hospitality and worked as a barmaid in Sydney for many years.

I joined the corporate world and had a career in advertising and sales. While it was a rewarding career, something was missing!

I recently moved to one of the most beautiful sea side villages, Nelson Bay, and decided to open a small intimate bar for the locals and visitors to the bay, and return to my love of food and wine.
