On the pour: Grapes of Roth 2023 Merlot.
Merlot typically gets called soft in Australia, call us biased but not our Merlot.
In Mudgee, Merlot has deeper roots than almost anywhere in the country, it’s darker, more structured, more serious.

Dark red fruit and ripe plum wrapped in light toasty oak.
Gentle but firm tannin, with a restrained, brooding power that builds rather than shouts.

A Merlot with weight, shape, and presence.

On the pour now, till the last bottle.

Pop in between 4 - 6pm Wed - Fri and 3 - 6pm Sat to give it a try for Happy Hour price.

Roth’s Run Club: Weekly, Wednesdays.

A simple out-and-back or looped route (around 3–6km) suitable for all fitness levels. Runners, joggers, and walkers are all welcome
Finish where it matters: a well-earned glass at the bar.
