Volcanic lakes Chardonnay all picked for 2025 our biggest yield yet coming in at a impressive 7 tonnes it keeps improving with all the hard work. Excitingly this year, Each year we harvest the small amount of Pinot vines throughout the vineyard with our Chardonnay this year having enough to harvest and process a single barrel of volcanic lakes Pinot. Thanks to the team and the best picking crew to date
