I don't think I need to waffle on about this one too much really. It's light, it's fun, it's here for a good time, not a long time.

If girls night out was a drink, this could be the winner. Don't be too proud though lads, anyone with a sweet tooth will enjoy this one. Plus it has fruit, so that's healthy right?

Base Spirit: Pavlova Vodka
Style: Sour (as in lemon & sugar)
Sweet/Dry: Sweet, but not OTT.

To our first 'Mum's Night Off'.

Starting at 4pm you can have the whole bed time/dinner time routine off! We'll get you a bus into town at 11pm so you can be home before you turn into a pumpkin- or continue to dance the night away at an after party.

$89 tickets- includes- Canapes & Pizza - entertainment from Jani Live - 2 cocktails {or mocktails} from BAR WITH NO NAME - bus into town at 11pm.

Ben from BAR WITH NO NAME will be taking over our cocktail bar- with a selection of cocktail & mocktail specials- 2 of which are included in your ticket price.

Kelsie & The Apple Farm team will be providing you with our famous canapes & woodfired pizza throughout the evening - and Jani Live will be singing her little heart out- and may even invite you up for a sing-a-long too!

Yes there are some funky cocktails coming your way for the next instalment of COFFEE X COCKTAIL at
This is a Jamaican Negroni, made with Aged rum, coffee drip infused Campari and Australian sweet vermouth (a little lighter than traditional Torino recipes). It's surprisingly lighter than you'd expect.
Can't wait to stir one up for you Saturday night from 5pm.
DM for tables, or drop in to the Cafe after dark.

Happy World Espresso Martini Day! (yes, someone decided it gets it's own day... and I'm not mad about it.

Fun fact. It's Australia's most popular cocktail.

Want to master the best version you can at home?
Here's the facts.
☕ Use a fresh shot of espresso, but add it as the very last ingredient when mixing.
☕ Double strain it to remove any small icy bits.
☕ Definitely get your hands on some coffee liqueur. It's made right here and fast being considered the best coffee liqueur in the world.
☕ Play with the amount of sugar syrup until you get the balance you love.
☕ Pop your glass in the freezer at the start of preparation, so it's chilled for pouring time.
☕ Don't have too many in one sitting you savage!!!!

Grab a couple mates and not only start the night with a couple of cocktails and snacks, but learn to master them yourself.
The small group sessions are back. It's a one hour, fun class. Pick two drinks from the menu to make and drink. Snacks included. Menu cards for all three drinks.
$50pp per one hour class.
$90pp if you want Gin + Vodka.
One private class available (Min. 8 guests/max.12).
