Join the Team at HMBL
We’re a small, quality-focused venue with a strong emphasis on service, drinks, and atmosphere. e’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic and capable Bar Superstar to join us at HMBL. Someone who brings good energy, takes pride in what they do, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience behind a busy bar, and who enjoys being on the floor, leading service by example, and keeping things running smoothly during busy shifts.
What the role involves:
- Making cocktails and serving drinks to a high standard
- Assisting with stock control and general bar organisation
- Running and supporting floor service
- Managing tables and maintaining a strong guest experience
- Working closely with the team to keep service flowing
- Must have an RP Badge or be willing to apply for one.
- 5 × 6‑hour shifts per week, open to close (4:00pm–10:00pm)
- Must be available Friday & Saturday Nights
- Immediate start available — this role could progress into a full‑time position
About you:
- Confident, friendly and great with people
- Strong hospitality experience (bar & floor)
- Able to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Good awareness of service flow and table management
- Takes initiative and leads by example without needing to “manage”
