From right here on Moree’s black soil plains, local wheat fills Aussie pantries with pasta, bread, noodles, and biscuits. It’s where cotton clothing is born, and where oranges make the juice that households wake up to every morning.

A region rich in agricultural production, we are helping feed and clothe the world, and for almost two decades our Moree on a Plate Food and Wine festival has showcased has celebrated our regional producers and food innovators.

And come Saturday, May 9, producers will once again have the opportunity to showcase and promote the exciting food and artisan offerings from across the region, and beyond.

With limited stall holder spaces remaining, EOI for producers interested in attending our event are currently open on our website.

And we’re thrilled to have secured stall holders from across the region for this year’s festival, including local producers, pictured, Susie Long of Pally Pecans Emily Hunt of Brooker Trading Co Dick Estens of Grove Juice and Tammy Sapphalakvoi and Kevin Cheong with daughter Ella of Chilling Out Cafe
