🌱 Sustainably brewed on the East Coast What’s our Modus Operandi you ask? But its more than that.
(1011)

Well it can be answered simply saying – to make great beer. It’s about honestly creating a product that you have promised. It’s bringing locals together over a passion of hand crafted beer. And of course it’s about using pure ingredients to create the freshest beer to you. Beer First, No Shortcuts. That’s our Modus Operandi.

Meet our latest Brewer Series release: Czech Pilsner 🍻

The brewers are talking style, process, what makes this one tick and why there’s already so little of it remaining.

It’s our first ever bottled limited release and we couldn’t be more proud with how it’s turned out.

Grab one whilst you can in all the usual places ♥️

BREWER SERIES 006: CZECH PILSNER 🍻

Crisp, clean and beautifully balanced. A classic Czech Pilsner, brewed with care and a few details our brewers are pretty excited about (more on that in our vid).

This series is all about giving the team room to explore the styles they love and make the b**rs they genuinely want to drink. Less rules, more good b**r.

There’s another milestone in this one too. It’s our first ever bottled limited release which is pretty sick ♥️

Available now for a limited time online, in both our venues (on the taps too) and at all indies bold enough to give it a crack. Get amongst it.

Yewwwww!!! Go get it 🍺🍺🍺

Fk yeah. Sonic’s back 💚

It’s the kinda b**r that doesn’t need a long-winded introduction, so we won’t bore ya with one.

Grab a case at every Dan Murphy's NSW wide, at both Modus venues, all good indies & of course online at modus.b**r.

This one won’t be around for long 🍺

Almost sold out of both these beauties. If you don’t wanna wait another 10 years for a re-brew, go get em cowboy x

The horizon is glowing.
The air is thick.
The journey has begun.

Double dry hopped in two stages, beginning with Cryo Nectaron, Cryo Citra, Galaxy and Citra T90 before finishing with flowable Mosaic hops. The result is an endless wave of mango, peach and passionfruit over a soft, pillowy haze. Saturated, expressive and impossible to ignore.

Somewhere between mirage and reality.
Welcome to Desert Quest.

Available online, at both venues & in all good indies 🏜️🍺

Over a decade in the wild. Now back where it belongs.

Zoo Feeder IPA is BACK. 🦁

The OG 500ml can. 7.2%. Big, bold and unapologetically hoppy, with pine and citrus from a blend of Aussie & American hops.

Two-time Champion IPA. One very overdue comeback.

The Zoo Feeder has returned. Online, in venues and in all good indies 🍻

The seasons turn. You find your way back.

Endless Return is built for that moment – when things slow down and you settle in.

A blend of six malt layers, dark chocolate, espresso and roasted barley, balanced by a subtle caramel warmth and a smooth, dry finish.

Rich, composed and made to be returned to.
Again and again.

Stocked online at modus.b**r, in both Modus venues and at all good indies 🤎
