After five incredible years, the time has come to close the doors on Honey.
On October 30th, we’ll serve our final meals and officially bring the restaurant chapter of Honey to a close.
It’s hard to put five years into words.
Honey has been so much more than a restaurant, a rooftop or a place to grab a cocktail. It’s been birthdays, first dates, long lunches, Friday nights, Sunday sessions, packed rooftops, quiet afternoons and more memories than we could ever count.
Through all of it, we’ve been incredibly lucky to have the support of Mildura and everyone who has walked through our doors.
To every person who booked a table, ordered a cocktail, danced on the rooftop, came back week after week, told a friend about us or simply chose to spend part of their day or night at Honey — thank you.
And to every staff member who has been part of Honey over the past five years, whether you were here from the beginning or joined us somewhere along the way, thank you for everything you put into this place. Honey simply wouldn’t have been Honey without the people behind it.
We’re unbelievably proud of what we created here, and while it’s sad to see this chapter come to an end, we’ll always look back on these five years with a huge amount of gratitude.
While the restaurant will close on October 30th, we’re not disappearing straight away.
We’ll continue opening for drinks on Fridays through until November 14th, and on Saturdays in the lead-up to Heaven hours.
So there are still a few more chances to come in, have a drink, catch a sunset on the rooftop and enjoy Honey with us before we properly say goodbye.
