Sunday doesn’t rush you, so neither do we.

The bar opens at noon and the tap wall is fully loaded — including the latest Venom Trendsetter Hazy IPA. Hoppy, hazy, fruity. The kind of beer you order once and immediately order again.

If you want something with a bit more personality, the Cherry Sour and Portello Sour are both pouring. Tart, fun, and dangerously easy on a slow winter Sunday.

And yes, the kitchen is firing. The Sticky Pork Belly Bites — sesame seeds, spring onion, that little hit of sticky sweet — are exactly what a Sunday arvo looks like when someone’s actually bothered to cook properly.

We’re an independent taproom on Little Bourke Street, one minute from Parliament Station, brewed in Melbourne and poured with a bit of pride. No corporate rubbish. Just good beer, good food, and a bar that’s genuinely happy you turned up. 🍺

Venom Brewing Taproom is open from midday — and if you know, you know. We’re tucked into Little Bourke Street, a minute from Parliament Station, in a venue with more history than most places twice its size. The retro fit-out, the vinyl on the walls, the taps lined up like they mean it. It’s the kind of pub that feels like it’s been here forever — because it kind of has.

Coming in a group? Brilliant. Our booths and high tops are made for long Saturday sessions, and the kitchen’s firing on all cylinders. The Mrs. Parma is calling your name. So are the Buffalo Wings. So is, honestly, the entire menu.
