Wednesday’s tasting? SOLD OUT.
Apparently you lot heard “Riesling” and lost all sense of restraint.

The wines are pouring BY THE GLASS ALL WEEK, including:

🦁 Sohm & Kracher Grüner Veltliner LION 2025 — crisp, peppery, dangerously refreshing.

🥂 Bürklin-Wolf Riesling Trocken 2024 — dry, citrusy, mineral and seriously sharp.

🍑 Fritz Haag Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Kabinett 2023 — juicy peach, slatey minerality and just enough sweetness to get you into trouble.

Say hello to Milawa Gold Washed Rind , now on the MWB menu.

Creamy. Buttery. Rich.
A little funky. A little earthy.
Soft, oozy and gloriously unapologetic.

High in the Mornington Peninsula hills, Main Ridge Dairy has been making seriously good goat cheese since 2001.

Their own goats.
Their own milk.
Handcrafted on the farm.

🍸 HM GIN — REVISITED — 11th NOVEMBER
Hosted by founder Amy Shaw. They sold out the first time, so we’re bringing them back for round two.

Hosted by Kate McIntyre MW. Yes, an actual Master of Wine. At MWB. Casual.

We’ve spent the week drinking our way through Casperrin Gin.

We did it for research purposes, obviously.
