🍷🇨🇳 CHINA'S SIGNATURE RED. AND IT'S NOT HERE TO PLAY SECOND FIDDLE.

Meet Xige Estate Jade Dove Cabernet Gernischt 2021, from the dramatic vineyards of Ningxia beneath the Helan Mountains.

Cabernet Gernischt has a fascinating history in China, where it became an important red grape — and is now recognised as closely related to Carménère.

Think blackcurrant, dark berries, dried herbs, cedar and savoury spice. Rich, structured and beautifully silky.

And this particular w**e has some serious bragging rights:

Meet Xige Estate Jade Dove Pinot Noir 2021, grown in the dramatic w**e country beneath the Helan Mountains, where sunny days and cold nights create fascinating conditions for w**emaking.

Meet Xige Estate Jade Dove White 2023, straight from Ningxia, where vineyards sit beneath the mighty Helan Mountains.

A fascinating blend of Italian Riesling (Welschriesling) and Ugni Blanc — two European grapes finding a rather exciting new home in China.

Think fresh green apple, jasmine, citrus and delicate florals. Crisp, fragrant and seriously refreshing.

🏆 The Jade Dove White range has pedigree: 93 points from Gilbert & Gaillard for the 2019 vintage, plus Gold at the Silk Road International W**e Competition.
