It's smooth sailing when it's Apex

We've recently had the pleasure of supplying both the automation and rigging solutions to Sting's acclaimed production of The Last Ship, which opened QPAC's beautiful new Glasshouse Theatre. Our Kinesys Apex system helped enable multiple moments of visual spectacle with a number of dynamically flown elements with both performers on and under them during movement; only possible thanks to the Apex system's strict C1/SIL3 compliance. We worked closely with the production teams, ensuring that it was smooth sailing from pre-production all the way to load out.

Unlocking new possibilities.

Looking back at our first show of the year. We worked with the production team at Planetshakers to help deliver their impressive 24M long raked LED screen ceiling, utilising our equally impressive Kinesys Apex 1.25T C1 variable speed chain hoists to lift and tilt the ceiling in a safe and predictable manner. Relying on the Apex’s integrated load cells and ability to move accurately at incredibly slow speed to ensure that each movement is conducted safely and executed as intended. Ultimately enabling the centrepiece of the 2026 conference at the MCEC’s Plenary Theatre.

Big shows need big solutions.

Looking back to late last year, we had the pleasure of supporting TWICE’s This is For - World Tour’s Australian shows by supplying a bespoke Eurotruss TTS based Mother-grid solution and production rigging labour that enabled the production to sub hang 70+ touring variable speed hoists efficiently and safely.

Now You See Me Live closed out it’s whirlwind Australian and Singapore tour at the Marina Bay Sands Theatre on Sunday night and we've had the pleasure of supplying the production with a fully C1/SIL3 compliant Kinesys Apex variable speed chain hoist automation system to create moments of magic and wonder; and enabled smooth night after night performances in venues with some of the strictest safety requirements.

Additionally we supplied reliable D8+ fixed speed hoists; the show rigging package; and transfer labour.
