We’re showcasing a limited run of Shizuoka-style oden, known for its darker broth and deep, layered umami, diving into the rich food culture of Shizuoka, reimagined through Oden’s creative touch. Each dish will be thoughtfully matched with Shizuoka sake, highlighting the harmony between regional cuisine and ginjo-style elegance.

Nina’s Bar & Dining Brunswick’s laid-back neighbourhood spot from the team behind Bar Romanee, known for sunny windows, produce driven plates and a killer beverage list.
