Named in tribute to its famous neighbour, Flinders Street Station, Platform 270 is an industrial-chic and contemporary restaurant, with a design influenced by Melbourne's iconic laneways and urban side streets. Like these eclectic city laneways and the melting pot of cultures that is Melbourne, our Executive Head Chef Migo Razon has combined dishes inspired by his childhood in the Philippines, wit

h the best produce and ingredients from his new home in Australia. “When dining in Platform 270 I would like to invite every guest on a journey, from the streets of my hometown, into the vibrant heart of modern Australian cuisine. I hope you enjoy.” Chef Migo Razon
Along with our attention to food, we also care about sustainability. Our menu is 95% Aussie ingredients, seafood is sustainably sourced, we use cage free eggs and all our organic food waste is diverted from landfill via the Degraves Street Recycling Facility. The restaurant has an intimate and design-savvy ambience, with leather-bound booths that are perfect for groups of friends, and with views into the open kitchen and zoned dining areas, the restaurant also makes for a chic and unique private event space. At Platform 270 we pride ourselves on serving consistently delicious food and wine paired with understated and friendly service. We look forward to welcome you soon.
