HAZY IPA

Take us back to a simpler time. When hanging out at the food court and rollerblading with your friends was all you had to plan for on a weekend.
Food Court Hero is a juicy hazy IPA packed with Riwaka, Nectaron, and Citra. bursting with tropical fruit, citrus, and passionfruit, backed by a soft, pillowy body and a refreshing finish.

WEST COAST IPA

Do you ever see that name come up on your phone and think, “If I answer this I’m going to lose at least an hour of my life that I’ll never get back”.
Time Vampire is a throwback west coast IPA loaded with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Columbus. Bright citrus, pine, dank tropical fruit, and a firm snappy bitterness.

No new beers this week, but plenty happening behind the scenes.

Every beer that leaves Banks goes through our centrifuge, spinning out unwanted yeast and hop matter while helping us dial in the exact clarity and character we’re chasing.

The first taste through the fuge is always one of our favourite moments. It’s the earliest look at what the finished beer will be like once it’s packaged up and ready to hit your fridge.

And this one’s got us pretty excited.

FOAM // PREMIUM PILSNER 🍺

In the always-evolving pursuit for perfection, our core Premium Pilsner — and appropriately named FOAM — now undergoes a single decoction during the brewing process.

A traditional brewing technique that enhances roundness, builds deeper malt character and lets the yeast truly sing. The result? A Pilsner with even more depth, balance and drinkability than before.
