Another successful trial of our Armbruster RotoVib destemmer, this time in central Victoria with Shiraz grapes. All whole berries and almost no stalk matter, the RotoVib is the best destemmer on the market for any winery seeking to improve their wine quality.

Great to see first batch 2021v shiraz christen the Willmes Merlin 5100 press ABEVE sold into the Barossa Valley. As you can see in the attached photos, Willmes presses feature vertical screens so they are always draining as you fill and these presses need less rotations, so that means better quality juice for this premium winery. @ Barossa Valley
