Meet our beers: Easy Ale.

Inspired by the golden ales of Cologne, this beer is an all day session beer, brewed with European malt, hops, and cold fermented ale yeast. Malt driven with a subtle herbaceous finish from all Hallertau hop additions. 5.2% ABV, 22 IBU.

Doing some beer analysis on easy ale and summer porter: bitterness by UV-Vis absorption and alcohol determination by headspace GC. But most enjoyably, and equally important - a taste test.
