Dear friends, family & fans,
In light of the growing concern over COVID-19, we want to reassure you that we are taking increased precautionary steps to help maintain a hygienic and safe environment for our guests and staff.
While public health and safety have always been of paramount importance to us we will be implementing the following measures to ensure our standard of care is elevated:
· Temperature checks for everyone entering the venue (including staff)
· Provision of hand sanitiser throughout the venue
· More rigorous cleaning of the venue before it opens, after it closes and during trade
· Strict wellness policy on employees in which they must stay home and seek medical advice if they showing any signs of illness
With the situation around the threat unclear and ever changing, it is natural for normality in our lives to cease. However, it is important that we continue to support local businesses and events that we love and enjoy while it is safe to do so.
We will closely monitor the advice and recommendations from authorities and act accordingly. In turn, we ask that you refrain from attending public gatherings if you are showing any signs of the illness or have been exposed to anyone or areas with the virus. Responsible behaviour and best hygienic practice are the best way to help prevent the spread of fear and sickness.
