Today is R U OK? Day.

A simple conversation can make a difference.

If youโ€™ve noticed someone struggling, reach out and ask, โ€˜are you OK?โ€™.

Support is available through the PFA's Player Liaison Team, the PFA's Mental Health Referral Network, and Lifeline on 13 11 14.

The PFA will be announcing an alliance with R U OK? In the coming weeks to increase support for our members' mental health.

Paul Wade OAM has publicly announced that he has been diagnosed with probable chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).

CTE is a neurodegenerative disease associated with repeated head impacts.

The former Socceroos captain is sharing his experience and raising important awareness for concussion, repeated head impacts and brain health across every level of football.
