Chef Keyma Vasquez Montero, Masterchef Australia 2022 contestant and 4th finalist, will honour us by preparing dinner for Vamos with our Head Chef, Shishir Dhungana, on November 24th. She will take our palate through Latin America and the Caribbean.

Come to be delighted by a 7course degustation menu that will transport you to places you didn't know you missed and need in your life.
