Ten w**es from Western Australia and South Australia.
One w**e from each state with every course.

Taste both. Hear the stories behind them. Cast your vote.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for Let’s Get Shucked, Grilled & Toasted, and to the SEA KINGS who helped make it happen. A very good way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

New menu day at Henry and the Fox, which means one very important job: taste-testing.

Chef and Terry have worked their way through the new line-up, with fresh dishes now on across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There’s almond and maple granola, pumpkin and goat’s cheese tart, pastrami-spiced cured Tasmanian salmon, tiger prawn and vermicelli noodle salad, plus plenty more to try.

The new menu starts today at 525 Little Collins Street.
