10 Years. Two Producers. One Champion. You decide.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of our fan-favourite event, Best of Beef.
Across one high-energy weekend (13th & 14th of June) two of Victoria’s finest producers will go head-to-head: grain-fed Black Opal Wagyu and grass-fed O’Connor Beef.
Expect a stellar 5-course menu, each dish cooked over our signature Parrilla grill. After each course, paddles are raised auction-style and votes are cast. You decide which producer wins each round, turning the room electric as we build towards the final verdict.
To mark the milestone, Head Chef Dylan Perry has created a menu that pushes the boundaries while honouring the past. He consulted every former San Telmo Head Chef (Mike Patrick, Chris Moran, Marcelo Narvaez, Stephen Clark and San Telmo Group Executive Chef Oliver Gould) and drew inspiration from their most iconic dishes, while adding his own signature expertise.
