Wolf of the Willows Brewing Brewing full flavoured 'Ales of Distinction' in Melbourne, Australia. Wolf of the Willows is a brewing company in Mordialloc, Victoria, established in 2014.

We have a passion for producing hand crafted, modern ales that are distinct in quality, flavour and character – what we like to call ‘Ales of Distinction’. Our satisfaction comes from taking raw, natural ingredients and turning them into beers that we love to drink. This all said, if we can simply provide you with a moment of enjoyment from a pint of one of our humble ales, then our job is done. Small Batch. Handcrafted. Independent. Beer.

🍺 WOLFSRUDEL | MUNICH HELLES | 4.2% ABV

Wolfsrudel, meaning ‘Wolf Pack’ is a traditional Munich Helles L***r, deep golden in colour with classic malty, bready goodness. A touch of floral and spicy hops leads into a soft, clean bitterness on the finish.

The Big Bad Wolf Festbier! A smooth, clean and moderately strong German l***r with a prominent toasty, bready malt character and subtle hop notes. Deep golden in colour with a creamy, crisp finish.

The love of a delicious pastry is strong.....Brewed in collaboration with the legendary Lumos Bakery, this decadent b**r is inspired by their cult-favourite Brownie Bomb, a croissant-meets-brownie hybrid that’s as indulgent as it sounds.

We started with a classic English Brown Ale style and focussed on promoting bready, pastry-like flavours with the help of freshly baked pastry offcuts courtesy of Lumos Bakery. We then added quality dark chocolate and lactose to the whirlpool vessel, before adding organic cacao nibs post fermentation.

The result? A 4.7% abv pastry-inspired b**r that’s full-bodied and smooth, not too sweet, but rich with chocolate brownie flavour, while still retaining the character of a traditional brown ale.
