This was a real client's inbox three weeks ago: 847 unread, a BAS "URGENT," and a spreadsheet named FINAL_v7_REALLY_FINAL.xlsx (we've all met her).

Nothing about the business changed. We didn't hire anyone. We didn't work longer hours.

We just turned a few things on:
Invoices → automated
Inbox rules → sorting for her
Reports → building themselves
BAS reminders → done

Same business. Just systemised. That's the difference between busy and buried, and calm.
