Next kitchen takeover is one that has long been a high priority to organise.

Tom Campbell and his restaurant Thelma in the heart of Piccadilly, South Australia share a lot of the same philosophy as Brico.

Proud of carefully grown produce, recipes from tradition and the season at hand, all bound together by community and the tables ever-evolving offering.

Thelma is your favourite w**emakers favourite restaurant and at the centre of it is their favourite chef.

We’re very excited to welcome Tom here to takeover our kitchen for one lunch only on Sunday the 4th of October.

Bookings are available online and as usual we’ll keep some walk-in space throughout the day.
