What a magnificent turnout for my first Food for Thought Series- FREEDOM AND FALAFELS!!
The energy in the room was wonderful....the cooking segment pretty damn East of the Middle and the feedback, an honour.🥰
Next event Thursday March 5th called HAPPINESS AND HOMMUS. It's impossible to be happy all the time, so this topic explores hot to create a Mindset around dealing with difficult times and having strength to rise above our adversities. And I share my receipe for Tumeric Hommus AND my new Chocolate Hommus!!

The Joy of cooking Indian Cuisine. It's so easy to make it Vegan and soooo delicious. Great to cater for Australia India Business at The University of Melbourne. It was certainly a logistic hike and I must of completed 3500 steps within 45minutes, but hey, life and catering can be a little crazy when you are born East of The Middle!!
