The Swamp has had a hell of a run - just shy of 15 years! But - time for a new chapter.

From this week the space officially becomes Casa Camino. A not- so - secret Agave bar out the back of Bar Ampere.

Same Ampere crew. Same time 8-late. Just a loooooooot more tequila.

Swamp diehards, don’t panic - we’ve kept a tight, carefully chosen stash of whisky behind the bar for you.

Big thanks to everyone who’s visited, hosted, worked, partied, Swamped. And of course to Nate who championed til the end.

50ml Imperial Measures Honey Gin Batch 2
25ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon
20ml nut liqueur (in this case Massenez chestnut)
5ml Saison Marigold Amaro
Stirred over ice garnished with homemade Pecan Sandies (which have a splash of Honey Gin in them)
