When was the last time you indulged in a Zombie? Spooky season is upon us, and frankly, there’s no better excuse.
An assemblage of our favourite gins - dry, navy strength - you name it, it’s in there.
Add Antica Formula, pineapple and our house-made Negroni syrup and things become rather wicked indeed.
Not for the faint of heart. Very much for the thirsty.

Bookings are lovely. Spontaneity is too.

We welcome bookings every day, but keep most of the Palace free for walk-ins. Which means you’ll never hear those most unromantic of words - ‘Fully booked’.
Administrative foresight isn’t for everyone.
