Here at The Hardware Club, we were shocked to discover that apparently 80% of friendships end because ordering dessert together gets way too complicated.

Someone’s gluten-free. Someone’s dairy-free. Someone’s vegan. Someone can’t have nuts…

So we thought, okay. What can we do?

🍓 Strawberry and tomato crumble, coconut and strawberry sorbet.

Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and vegan.

And you’re also free to order it if you have absolutely no dietary requirements.

Loved literally by everyone.

A little recognition for something we care a lot about 🍷🍷

We’re incredibly proud to have received Two Glasses from Australia’s W**e List of the Year Awards !

Our w**e list has always been a love letter to Italy, from the regions and producers we grew up with, to Italian varieties finding a new home here in Australia, with a few local favourites joining the table.

The judges said:

“The Hardware Club’s w**e list is a celebration of all things Italian — be it w**es from across Italy or Italian varieties grown here in Australia. Shiraz and pinot noir add a local note, with a tight offering of Ch*****ne a bonus. However, it’s the depth and breadth of Italy’s best that lifts this list into two-glass status. Well done, Andrea Ceriani.”

And that last line deserves repeating: well done, Andrea Ceriani. ❤️

The knowledge, curiosity and care behind our list is his — and we’re very proud to see it recognised.

Two glasses. We’ll happily drink to that. 🍷🍷

Taste five Italian w**es with cicchetti and cheese while Jay shares the stories, history and secrets behind some of Italy’s most famous bottles — no jargon, no w**e snobbery, just great w**e and plenty of good stories.
Jay brings years of experience in Melbourne’s w**e and hospitality scene, with a talent for making w**e fun, accessible and easy to understand!
