I just couldnโ€™t walk past it, soooo I decided to take it home add 2oz of Baileys from home & top it off with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Just the way I love enjoying Baileys!!

Blood Orange & Ginger Whiskey Sour ๐Ÿฅƒ ๐ŸŠ

As soon as I received these beautiful dehydrated cocktail garnishes from
I just had to create a cocktail straight away!

This is a beautiful whiskey sour youโ€™ll fall in love with; even if you donโ€™t enjoy whiskey, you should just give this one a try it might surprise you! โค๏ธ

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2oz Johnny Walker Whiskey
1oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
1/4oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
2oz Ginger Ale (to top off)

Garnish:
Dehydrated Blood Orange

Method:
Combine all ingredients together (except for the ginger ale) and shake in a cocktail shaker without ice for 10 seconds & then add ice to shaker and shake it for another 45 seconds. Pour into coupe glass top off with ginger ale & then garnish with the dehydrated blood orange .

Zooper Dooper Shots ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Strawberry & Bubblegum flavoured zooper dooper shots. I would love to order this at a bar with a group of my besties.

Ingredients:
1/2 Strawberry Zooper Dooper
1/3oz Bubblegum Syrup
2oz Vodka

Garnish:
Frosting
Sprinkles

Method:

Rim shot glasses with frosting and then dip them into sprinkles.

While the zooper Dooper is still frozen & in the packet. Give it a muddle (or smash it lightly) on a chopping board.

Then add the crumbled zooper Dooper to a cocktail mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients & give it a stir until most of the zooper Dooper has melted. About 30-45 seconds. Strain into shot glasses & stand up, enjoy that shot with a few of your besties!

I will never stop loving mangoes in cocktails. If you love them just as much as I do youโ€™ll love this daiquiri.

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2oz White Rum
2 Scoops of Raspberry Mango Ice Cream
1/3 Cup Frozen Raspberries
2oz Vanilla Yogurt

Garnish:
1 Scoop of Raspberry Mango Ice Cream
5 Frozen Raspberries

Method:
Combine all ingredients together in a blender with ice & then pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a scoop of the ice cream & whole frozen raspberries.

Barbie Girl Shots ๐ŸŽ€

Itโ€™s almost the weekend, which means party time!! In lockdown? ๐Ÿ˜‚ We will get there Melbourne!

Ingredients:
1/2oz Creamy Soda Vodka
1/2oz Passionfruit Malibu
1/2oz Peach Schnapps
1/3oz Sugar Syrup
1/2oz Guava Juice

Garnish:
Frosting
Pink Sprinkles
Pink Fairy Floss (Cotton Candy)

Method:
Rim shot glasses with frosting and sprinkles.
Combine all ingredients together in a shaker with ice & shake for 15 seconds to combine. Strain into the shot glasses & garnish with the fairy floss. Then shoot these down with some friends! But remember to shot them in moderation & remember to enjoy them responsibly.

Caribbean Spiced Cocktail ๐Ÿน

I know lockdown has been hard on all of us in many different ways, but this drink will make you feel like youโ€™re on a tropical island.

Ingredients:
1/2oz Grenadine
2oz Pineapple Juice
3oz Orange Juice
1oz Spiced Rum
1oz Malibu

Garnish:
Orange Wedge
Lime
Strawberry

Method:
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the grenadine. Top with pineapple juice, orange juice & both the rums. Garnish with the orange wedge, strawberry and lime ๐Ÿน

Raspberry & Pineapple Calippo Cocktail โ„๏ธ ๐Ÿธ

Hereโ€™s to another Aussie icy pole, blended into a sweet, fruity cocktail we can all love & enjoy!!

Ingredients:
2 mini Raspberry/Pineapple Calippoโ€™s
1oz White Rum
1 Ring of Pineapple
3oz Pineapple Juice
8 Frozen Raspberries

Garnish:
Yellow Frosting
Sprinkles
Empty Calippo packet
Pineapple Ring

Method:
Rim a glass with the frosting and sprinkles.
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender & blend until smooth. Pour into glass & garnish with the Calippo packet, pineapple ring & some more sprinkles for fun.
Sit back and enjoy! - especially a good one for summer! ๐Ÿ˜
